Your mission

As a childcare worker with us, you will work closely with your colleagues to create a safe and developing learning environment for each child. You will work with children of all ages. If necessary, you should also be able to hold activities for children in smaller groups. Under the guidance of the preschool teacher, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching in accordance with the preschool curriculum. You will be part of an engaged team of about three educators who together support the individual development and learning of the children.

Furthermore, you will build good relationships with guardians and introduce them to the educational stages in a welcoming and professional manner. The role includes inspiring health and movement with activities both indoors and outdoors tailored to the children's needs. Promoting children's language development is a central part of your work, where you actively support their curiosity and desire to learn. The position involves both openings and closings at the preschool.

Your experience

For this position, you are required to have:

• high school education
• good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• experience working as a childcare worker in preschool
• good digital competence
• experience working with children of all ages
• experience and knowledge of children with NPF diagnoses
• knowledge of child development

You are a relationship builder who creates good relationships and cooperation with both children, colleagues, and guardians.
